📜 TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between the Travel Agency (“Agency”) and the Customer (“Customer”) in relation to the booking and provision of travel services. By engaging the services of the Agency, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
📝 1. Booking & Payment Terms
1.1 The Customer must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking, including personal details and travel preferences.
1.2 The Agency will make every effort to secure the requested travel arrangements. However, all bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective travel service providers.
1.3 The Customer agrees to pay the Agency for the cost of travel services, including but not limited to airfare, accommodation, transportation, and any additional fees or charges as agreed upon. Payment terms and methods will be communicated by the Agency and must be adhered to by the Customer.
1.4 In the event of non-payment or insufficient funds, the Agency reserves the right to cancel or amend the booking without liability.
1.5 Any amount paid towards Activities / Services not utilized during the tour is totally non-refundable and under no circumstances will be refunded.
1.6 We are not responsible for any visa rejection. Visa fees and service charges are non-refundable.
1.7 Visa issuance is subject to approval from respective embassies. The Agency does not guarantee issuance of VISA, and fees/service charges paid are non-refundable.
✈️ 2. Airlines Policy
2.1 The Agency is not responsible for any downgrading of aircraft by the airline or downgrading from higher class to lower class seats during any leg of the journey.
2.2 The Agency is not responsible if the airline is unable to serve the desired meal on the flight or for any damage/loss of baggage due to airline mishandling.
🔄 3. Cancellations & Changes
3.1 Cancellation or change requests must be communicated to the Agency in writing. The Customer may be subject to cancellation or amendment fees imposed by travel service providers, in addition to any charges levied by the Agency.
3.2 The Agency will make reasonable efforts to accommodate change requests but cannot guarantee availability or absence of additional costs.
3.3 The Agency reserves the right to cancel or change bookings in the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or travel restrictions. In such cases, the Agency will strive to provide suitable alternatives or issue refunds as permitted by travel service providers.
💰 4. Refund Policy
Refund policy varies depending on the type of booking and specific package terms. Refunds are processed according to cancellation policies mentioned in the package details and may be subject to deductions for service fees or other applicable charges.
📌 General Principle:
Refunds are processed only after receiving the amount from the respective service provider (airline, hotel, etc.).
The Agency acts as an intermediary and initiates refunds after receiving the refunded amount from the service provider.
⚖️ 5. Liability
5.1 The Agency acts as an intermediary between the Customer and travel service providers and is not liable for the acts, omissions, or negligence of such providers or third parties.
5.2 The Agency is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by factors beyond its control, including flight delays, cancellations, or service disruptions.
5.3 The Customer acknowledges that travel involves inherent risks. The Agency shall not be liable for personal injury, illness, death, or property damage occurring during travel.
🔐 6. Privacy Policy
6.1 The Agency will collect, store, and process personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and its privacy policy.
6.2 The Customer agrees that certain personal information may be shared with travel service providers to facilitate bookings and arrangements.
🏛 7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
7.1 This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Agency is based.
7.2 Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
📑 8. Entire Agreement
8.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Agency and the Customer and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
